pizza spinaci: back by popular demand.

Back by popular demand; the Pizza Spinaci from Dr. Oetker. And I think I just found out why. With a crisp base, flavoursome herbs, earthy spinach and generous slatherings of mozzarella and Edam cheese, I'm not sure convenience could get much tastier. Super easy to just pop in the freezer for those lazy days (and rather good value too), the spinach and cheese pizza from the Ristorante range is just the simpliest of no-hassle treats. That's right - #SpinaciIsBack!

Think Friday night and friends are coming over last minute. Perhaps the rain has descended (likely) and you need to think on your feet for a cosy night in. Date nights, girly nights, pamper nights. Pizza is the answer.

It actually so happened on this particular Friday that, by chance, the foodie delivery I had planned didn't turn up. I'd bought these pizzas ahead, ready to review at a later date. Well, they couldn't have been bought at a more perfect time. Swinging open the freezer I announced it was now pizza night and that was that. A twist of black pepper, generous shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano and a bottle of chilled white later. Friday had been saved!

You could use these pizzas as the perfect base too, should you fancy any particular toppings. They really aren't needed, mind. Suitable for vegetarians, the pizza retails at around £2-£3 and cooks in around 12-15 minutes.

Have you tried the Ristorante Pizza Spinaci? When was the last time frozen pizzas saved the day for you?
