In mid August I took my first solo trip out of the UK to the South of France. For the most part, I stayed in Marseille by the port. But for one day, I ventured out to Aix-en-Provence on the train. It's somewhere I haven't been since the summer of 1998. I went to France with the grandparents for the summer holidays and can still remember the colourful sights of the quaint Southern French city.
