Slim's Pork Chop Express Liverpool
Slim's Pork Chop Express Liverpool Review

Yet another utterly cool dining venue in Liverpool - Slim's Pork Chop Express. Inspired by the owners' enthusiasm with the film Big Trouble in Little China, you'll find subtle (and not so subtle) hints to the film itself. Found just a short walk away from indie-friendly Bold Street on Seel Street, the black exterior is lit up with modern neon lights in the shape of a pig and cow - you'll know you've found it! The menu focuses on the whole pork chop sandwich idea, with big smokes, low and slow cooked meats, pimped out fries and craft beers to go alongside.

Jim's Smokehouse Nottingham
Jim's Smokehouse Nottingham Review

In Nottingham's creative quarter of Hockley, you'll find Jim's Smokehouse. It's a cool and quirky establishment, serving up low and slow cooked meats alongside a US style menu. From larger than life burgers to stomach-busting platters, here you'll find all the American classics and more. With a Man vs. Food attitude, you'd struggle to leave hungry.

One Sixty London Menu

One Sixty is the new American style smokehouse venture from restaurateur David Moore and Sean Martin. Found nearby Aldgate tube station, you'll find the quirky eatery on the corner of Stoney Lane. With edgy branding and a youthful feel, the interior is a mix of black chalkboard and monochrome prints with bright yellow accents. You'll find this continue along the bar, lit up with yellow neon lights, and through the yellow tiles and Belfast sinks in the bathrooms. A graffiti artist has made their mark with bold illustrations which run onto the menus and utterly cool marketing.
