crispy m&m brownie cheesecake.


What do you get when you mix a gooey brownie base, lashings of cream cheese frosting, a swirl of chocolate spread and a rainbow of crispy coated sweets? A birthday brownie cheesecake that's almost too good to share. Sandwiched between an extra layer of M&M crispy chocolate spread and finished with the crispy M&Ms themselves, this is the perfect balance of indulgence and a colourful teatime treat. It's super simple to make too - so scroll on for the next delicious dessert recipe you need to master!


Shopping list.
♥ 200g good quality dark chocolate 
♥ 150g unsalted butter, roughly cubed
♥ 150g caster sugar
♥ 100g ground almonds
♥ 2 free range eggs
♥ A jar of Crispy M&Ms chocolate spread
♥ 400g soft cream cheese
♥ 100g icing sugar
♥ A packet of Crispy M&Ms  (if you don't use them all then it's chefs treats, right?)

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Step one. Melt the chocolate on a low heat in your saucepan. As it begins to melt, add in the butter and stir until both have totally melted. Take off the heat.

Step two. Stir through the sugar until mixed through. Add the ground almonds and lastly the eggs.

Step three. Pour into a circular tin and add in a scattering of M&Ms. Bake for 35-40 minutes.


Step four. When cooled, add a layer of chocolate spread.


Step five. Mix together the cream cheese and icing sugar to create the frosting. Decorate with a swirl of spread as you wish.


Finally - go to town with the Crispy M&M topping! Remember to save some to nibble on there and then, mind.

  1. This is a gorgeous event venue Atlanta, and I won't soon forget it. Attended an event here sponsored by the company. The reception hour was held in one of the rooms next to the hall. I loved their buttery mashed sweet potato.
