It's ice cream season! Whether you call them ice pops, ice poles or just frozen yoghurt, turn your favourite flavours into iced delights in just a few simple steps. For these, I went for a strawberries and cream inspired froyo recipe with vanilla yoghurt, fresh chopped strawberries and a recent discovery Fabbri Strawberry Syrup, which was kindly gifted. 

A wild strawberry flavour, the syrup is really refreshing and juicy, tasting a lot more like real strawberry juice than other fruit sauces on the market, probably down to 15% of its ingredients being strawberries. As well as the obvious drizzle on desserts, I tried (with success) at freezing it to make these super delicious lollies.

A rich and indulgent addition to the Häagen-Dazs collection. Whoever said September is too late to enjoy ice cream clearly hasn't tried one of these yet. These sumptuous salted caramel stick bar ice creams from global brand Häagen-Dazs are made up of salted caramel swirl ice cream and flecks of caramel brittle before being smothered in milk chocolate. Who could resist?

Something sweet for British Pie Week; an indulgent ice cream pie featuring Iceland's Bellissima Chocolate Italian Gelato. This week, the supermarket are embracing sweet and savoury recipes that "lift the lid on pies." I've never been one for warm apple pie or a cherry lattice, so when they got in touch to create a pie recipe, I knew there would be chocolate involved. 

Cue their droolworthy gelato within an ice cream pie and topped with thawed frozen raspberries. It's made up of white chocolate, chocolate and hazelnut ice cream - a dream trio if you ask me. You can make this super simple dessert ahead for dinner parties - what's more this recipe costs under a fiver to make too!

no churn oreo ice cream.

A super easy peanut butter Oreo ice cream recipe, whipped up into a sundae and drizzled with chocolate. Oh, and with more peanut butter Oreos scattered on top. Some might say dangerously easy. Simply take this no churn ice cream, fold in mouthwatering peanut butter and their new flavour Oreos and freeze overnight. It's as easy as 1, 2... oh I've eaten it.
