A super easy peanut butter Oreo ice cream recipe, whipped up into a sundae and drizzled with chocolate. Oh, and with more peanut butter Oreos scattered on top. Some might say dangerously easy. Simply take this no churn ice cream, fold in mouthwatering peanut butter and their new flavour Oreos and freeze overnight. It's as easy as 1, 2... oh I've eaten it.
Shopping list.
♥ 600ml double cream
♥ 1 tsp vanilla extract
♥ 300ml condensed milk
♥ Peanut butter flavour Oreos
♥ 2 tbsp peanut butter
♥ Melted chocolate to finish
Equipment; An electric whisk, freezer safe container
Are you ready for this?
Step one. Begin by whisking your double cream with a dash of vanilla extract.
Step two. Slowly add in the majority of the condensed milk to the cream mix and continue to whip up until it forms thick peaks. Add in around 6-8 Oreo biscuits and allow to combine on a lower setting.
Step three. Stir up a little of the remaining condensed milk in with the peanut butter.
Step four. Pour the ice cream mix into your freezer safe container. I used my silicone brownie tray. Then swirl through the peanut butter mix.
Step five. Add in a few extra Oreo chunks on the top, just because.
Step six. Freeze overnight. Try your best not to tuck in for breakfast.
To make the Oreo ice cream sundae, just simply scoop it up in a cool glass, top with melted chocolate and a pretty biscuit on top. Kind of wish I'd created this recipe three months ago now.
What are your favourite Oreo recipes? Have you ever tried making ice cream?
