no bake christmas crispies.

A fun, festive Christmas recipe - with no baking required! Simply melt together your ingredients and scatter with festive cheer for this Christmas twist on your favourite rice crispie bars. These would be perfect to make with kids, newbie bakers and for any last minute office bakes too! Here's how I made them...

Shopping list.
♥ 250 white chocolate
♥ 30g unsalted butter
♥ 150g puffed rice
♥ A handful of cranberries
♥ A handful of pistachios

Step one. Melt the white chocolate and butter together on a low heat in a saucepan.

Step two. Mix together the chocolate mix with puffed rice until well covered. Scatter through the cranberries and pistachios. If you have any extra white chocolate, dollop that on top for extra indulgence.

Step three. Smooth the mix into your tray of choice (I used a silicone square dish) and allow to completely cool.

Step four. Cut up into squares and enjoy!

Have you made any festive bakes (or no bakes) this season? Or have any favourite Christmas recipes?

I'm adding this recipe to the Festive Friday link up from TamingTwins and KerryCooks! Merry Christmas one and all!

  1. These remind me of the white chocolate and pistahchio shortbread that Starbucks are doing at the moment. Maybe I should make your recipe and save myself some money :)

  8. This looks yummy and would love to have it . I don't have enough time to bake things because I am doing research on social media marketing dissertation topics so it requires a lot time and I didn't get much time to bake things because I am single .
